Risk assessments are prepared in accordance with the regulations in the Machinery and EMC Directives, as well as relevant standards, including EN ISO 12100:2010 “Safety of machinery —general principles for design —Risk assessment and risk reduction”.
Risks are screened, registered and mitigated.
Optional Functions to improve ergonomics
All Caljan Telescopic Conveyors automatically come with a number of central safety functions, including e.g., full underside guarding along the whole length of the conveyor, nip guards at all potential pinch and draw-in areas, pop-up rollers for the loading unit etc.
