Caljan acquires US service provider WyCo Services
Caljan has signed an agreement to acquire WyCo Services LLC, strengthening its service capabilities across the United States within the material handling and logistics sector. The acquisition expands Caljan’s nationwide service footprint and complements its existing service offering.
WyCo Services is a premium provider of maintenance and installation services within the material handling sector in the United States. Established in 2018 and headquartered in Louisiana, the company has grown into a preferred nationwide service provider across the U.S. The transaction includes the full WyCo business with its installation, maintenance and project teams.
The acquisition brings together two highly complementary organizations. Caljan contributes decades of engineering know-how, a broad global installed base of loading and unloading equipment, and an established service and parts infrastructure. WyCo Services contributes a high-performing field organization with deep technical expertise, a strong track record of rapid response, and a nationwide network capable of supporting customers across all major logistics hubs in the United States.
For customers, the combination is intended to deliver faster response times, broader geographic coverage, and a more integrated service experience – from installation and commissioning through preventive maintenance, upgrades and 24/7 technical support. The combined organization will also accelerate Caljan’s ambition to deliver a consistent, high-quality service standard across its global markets, with the U.S. as a key growth priority.
