As part of our transformative journey and expansion plans, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As the HR Partner, you will play a pivotal role while partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR-support
  • Implement overall Group HR-systems
  • Implement employee development and performance management processes
  • Implement and streamline HR-systems
  • Create or refine talent acquisition strategies
  • Create effective communication plans to support organizational outcomes
  • Analyze wage and hour issues, resolving compliance gaps
  • Identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Analyze sensitive HR-issues, recommending appropriate response plans
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Support managers in HR legal issues and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues and the HR annual cycle.
  • Collaborate with the HR global team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a similar HR role including using HRIS systems
  • In-depth knowledge of US HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
  • Strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excel and Paylocity are preferred skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
