When we receive a job application and relevant appendices, the material will be read by the relevant Manager with the purpose of assessing the content in relation to a defined job and answering your application.
Job applications and CV's are shared internally with relevant persons in the recruitment process. They may be shared with external consultants if applicable. They will not be disclosed to colleagues or consultants that are not directly involved in the recruitment process for the specific position.
The application and CV will be saved for a period of six (6) months, after which time it will be deleted. If the application and CV are saved for more than six (6) months, special consent is obtained from the candidate.
