Working with service management has taught you that success depends on the team, processes and systems. You mix these parameters to provide customers with prompt support and an exceedingly high level of fixed on first visit.

You ensure the vehicle fleet is maintained — available when required — and carries the appropriate stock at all times.

The goal is to provide customers with timely maintenance, prompt repairs and consistent service. You develop relevant KPI's and measure progress to make sure you stay on target.

Exceeding customer expectations is your driver. Once your initial training is complete, you strive to keep your knowledge of Caljan products comprehensive and up-to-date. You are responsible for recruiting and training Service Technicians - making sure that capabilities and skills match market requirements at all times.

You are able to build a strong team, juggling the needs of customers with staff schedules. You balance a good work atmosphere with acceptable overtime costs.

You are pro-active in developing Technician Team Leaders in their roles, so they are ready for future opportunities within the company.

Outstanding service is a team effort

Together with the Team Leaders, you define key objectives and required performance levels. You lead the Team Leaders and help them to manage Service Technicians. Through the appraisal process, you ensure that each individual reaches their full potential.

Safety on site is a must. You ensure that all Service Technicians have functioning safety equipment and are fully aware of safety procedures.

Through your leadership, the whole department thrives, pushing the bar higher and higher.

Have you got what it takes?

As part of the management group in Mequon, you will be responsible for achieving business plan targets in relation to both service and parts. This includes managing all service-related expenses including labor, supplies, materials and travels costs — identifying areas that can be improved.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the global service organization, developing and implementing strategies that will maximize synergies between functions and promote teamwork.
