Job Description:
As a Digitalization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's digital transformation efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify weaknesses / room for improvement, and develop strategies for digitalization.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
- Develop and implement digital solutions, including software applications, tools, and platforms, to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and design customized digital solutions that align with business goals
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
- Train employees on digital tools and processes and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate digital solutions and ensure smooth implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, measure the impact, and make recommendations for enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in digitalization and process automation, preferably in production company
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and machine learning
- Understanding of programming languages and software development tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
